Affiliations/Privileges Board certification signifies that a doctor has passed a rigorous examination and is among the most educated, experienced and well-trained medical personnel in the field. Dr. Johnson completed his residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery and has since dedicated his practice to that of plastic surgery. Dr. Johnson is a Rockford native, returning to Rockford in 1976.
